By accessing and using the services of Top Team Landscaping, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
All landscaping services are provided subject to written estimates and agreements. Payment terms and project timelines will be specified in individual service contracts.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
We provide a one-year warranty on all installation work. Plant materials carry manufacturer warranties as applicable.
Top Team Landscaping carries comprehensive liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage to existing utilities or structures not disclosed prior to work commencement.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled work. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
